Notices and Acknowledgements

All authors/presenters must register by 24 February 2012.

Maximum number of pages per paper is six (6).
Limit of (3) papers per registration.

PLEASE NOTE: student registrations are LIMITED to one (1) paper submission per registration (Must be author or co-author to paper).

Tutorial only is not a valid category for paper submissions.

Visa Assistance Program

Authors visiting from outside the United States may seek visa assistance after registration. Authors requiring visa assistance letters should send their request to patty@stbeventplanning.com and include the following information:

  1. Full Name

  2. Country of Citizenship

  3. Title and Number of your paper

  4. Confirmation number of paid registration

Guest Program

A guest program will be provided at Radarcon 2012 and will be open to guests of all attendees. The guest program will include a breakfast each day of the technical sessions and guided tours of local attractions. For more information contact guest.program@radarcon2012.com or see the Tours Page.
